Notice regarding the State of Epidemic

The current situation requires us to take decisive action and implement measures to ensure the appropriate level of safety of all, whilst maintaining continuity of production. Our highest priority is to protect the health of our employees, clients and partners, while guaranteeing our clients the full availability of our product range

We are making every effort to ensure that all production-related, operational processes are functioning at appropriate levels. Furthermore, we have taken extensive precautions to safeguard both our employees and our factories. This may lead to some difficulties in service and the distribution process, which we will strive to minimize on an ongoing basis.

The procedures implemented for our common safety and protection include:

• Supporting the #stayhome action - most of our employees are now working from home.
• Ensuring sales department employees who have contact with customers limit the number of meetings, and switch contact to phone and Skype video calls.
• Using the possibilities offered by new technologies to move all conferences and meetings to virtual space.
• Working, for our clients' comfort, on implementing new features and services on our website. Soon, you will be able to familiarise yourself with our products with the assistance of consultants who will advise you and answer all your questions in real time.
• Providing hand disinfectant In all our offices and factories, in visible places, and with advice on how to correctly disinfect hands.
• Mandatory checking of all employees and people entering our offices and premises, via non-contact temperature measurement, and general health checks.
• Providing all our offices with dedicated rooms, specifically prepared for people diagnosed with the symptoms of infection to wait for hospital transport, in conditions safe for them and everyone else.

We are doing our utmost to ensure that the extraordinary measures related to the current situation do not affect the availability of our products. However, the safety of our clients, employees and partners is paramount to us, meaning that we are actively and continuously monitoring the situation as it develops. In all our activities, we are following the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and GIS (Chief Sanitary Inspectorate).
